Terms and conditions

The repairs carried out in the STS Service benefit from a three month workmanship guarantee and a three month spare parts guarantee. The guarantee exclusively refers to the fault and component which were taken care of by our service. The rest of the components are covered by the original guarantee of the product, if said guarantee is still valid.

The guarantee of the repair becomes null and void if the device has been subjected to destructive treatments, such as: faulty operation, hitting, electric shocks, humidity, exposure to fire, power feeding without grounding, overcharging and anything else which does not comply with the provisions of the user’s manual. Also, the guarantee is rendered null and void if, after the repair, unauthorized individuals have interfered with the device.
